Email admin@paintboss.co.nz from the address associated with your account and describe the business or information concerned. PaintBoss will verify identity and authority before disclosing, changing or deleting information.

These policies explain how PaintBoss operates, protects information and supports the people and businesses using the platform.
Business-controlled records
If information belongs to an organisation account, PaintBoss may refer the request to that organisation or work with its administrator. Records required for tax, employment, safety, fraud prevention, disputes or other legal obligations may need to be retained.
Deletion process
Approved deletion removes information from active systems according to the applicable retention schedule. Encrypted or protected backups expire through their normal rotation and are not selectively edited. If a backup is restored, deletion records must be reapplied.
Marketplace and public information
Requests to correct or remove a marketplace listing can also be sent to admin@paintboss.co.nz. PaintBoss will preserve only the minimum audit information reasonably required to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
